Early Career Entrant:

Designed for young graduates shortly after leaving university or with 1 or 2 years career experience after graduating.
For young individuals with an extrovert, communicative and ambitious personality executive search can provide an interesting and challenging career.

Because these candidates lack career experience they normally have to start as a researcher, assisting experienced consultants to identify potential candidates for actual projects. This involves using available resources such as the existing database, internet research etc to identify potential sources of qualified candidates. They assist the consultant in organising his work and performing administrative tasks such as preparation of candidate dossiers etc. During this period they will receive special developed training through off the job and on the job training. They will also start to learn about a specific industrial sector in which the consultant is working - thereby setting the foundation for their search consultant career.

With increasing experience and knowledge they can become a Project Coordinator who will assist an experienced consultant not only by performing research but by actually presenting career opportunities to candidates. Later they willö start to conduct candidate assessments and interviews, under superevision of a consultant.

Ultimately they can become Junior Consultants working on actual projects under the supervision of a ssenior consultant. Ultimately they can become Consultants who have P&L responsibility for their own customer base, revenues and margins.
