European Sales Expert OEM business (German speaking)
This is a Sales role where strong technical skills are needed but also sales development skills to strengthen the market position of our client and further develop the OEM Business Unit.
- Manage sales volume for his/her area of responsibility and acquire business with new accounts
- Ensure sales targets are met
- Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting and delivering new solutions and services
- Assess the potential growth of the pertaining areas
- Contribute to the definition of agreement’s terms (prices, delivery, special conditions of sale…)
- Create good understanding of company solutions among prospects and build new customer base
- Prepare commercial reports
- Work and train regional staff and end users
- Attend monthly sales meetings and represent the company at trade events.
- Travel required up to 50%
- Strong background in spectroscopy and life Science markets.
- Several years of direct sales expertise with Capital Equipment in the field of Measurement Equipment / Analytical Instruments / Life Sciences
- OEM sales experience is a big plus
- Willingness to travel
- Results oriented and ambitious
- English and German Language Skills
